04 Deposits and Payments

Zoya 9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only supported payment methods. Deposits made through unsupported channels cannot be credited to your account and may not be recoverable.

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction.

All transactions on the Zoya 9 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion is not available, and all balances, bets, and payouts are displayed and settled in BDT.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at Zoya 9 are processed to the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account linked to your registered profile. We do not send funds to accounts held in a different name or to any third-party payment method.

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 per transaction.
  • Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted. During peak periods, processing may take up to 48 hours.
  • Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be approved. This includes identity verification and confirmation that your payment method matches your registered name.
  • Zoya 9 does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
  • Zoya 9 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal. This may include requesting supporting documentation.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the Zoya 9 platform use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are independent, unbiased, and cannot be influenced by the platform or by any player.

09 Account Suspension and Closure
